We handle every project from start to finish, ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire process. With over 50 years of combined experience in custom homes, condos, townhomes, and commercial buildings, we know what it takes to build quality living spaces.
Meet our team.
Sukh Shergill
Coming from a family that has been in the construction business for over 50 years, Sukh has been around construction sites and contractors for most of his life. From a young age, he has been involved in land development and construction throughout the Lower Mainland. He has immense experience with building custom homes and developing properties in British Columbia. In addition to his construction experience, Sukh is also a commercial airline pilot. Since 2005, he has been a Captain for Air Canada, piloting their Airbus 320.
Harjeet Singh Sunner
First specializing in custom kitchen cabinets, Harjeet first worked for Amazing Kitchen Cabinets before starting his own business with Gurdeep Singh Sidhu called Reliance Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. With the success and growth of that business, both started a new venture called Unique Dream Builders Ltd, which specializes in custom home building. Since starting that company, he has completed 14 custom homes in the Lower Mainland.
Gurdeep Singh Sidhu
Gurdeep first began specializing with building and installing custom kitchen cabinets. First, he worked with Apex Kitchen Cabinets, and then went into partnership with Harjeet Singh Sunner to open Reliance Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. Together both moved on to custom home building with their new company — Unique Dream Builders Ltd, which has completed multiple custom homes around the Lower Mainland over the last decade.
Karmjit Sanghera
Karmjit first began working for a finishing and woodworking company, where he not only grew his skills in finishing carpentry, but also learned much on the business side. He opened his own finishing and woodworking business called KSS Finishing and Woodworking, which he ran with his father before starting his own construction company. In the last decade he has completed over 40 projects around the Lower Mainland.
